Hello and congrats on taking the first steps to running for public office. My name is Erinn and I am a mother, wife, business woman and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in campaigns and campaign management.
My love of politics began at a young age and I went on to obtain a degree in political science from Saint Mary's University in 2000. From that point forward, I immersed myself in municipal, provincial and federal politics.
In those years I have held every role within a campaign. Roles such as fundraising, creating literature, knocking on doors, manning the polling stations and putting up signs. As my political career progressed, I focused on the roles of official agent and campaign management. I have even been the candidate myself.
I have had both wins and loses in my career but I was always pulled off a competitive campaign on any budget. I had the fortune of participating as a guest speaker at the NS Federation of Women's Campaign School and have mentored several riding associations throughout the world of party politics.
Many people called to run for public office don't because they do not understand the process. I want to help you go forward with confidence and the ability to run a competitive campaign.
